Our Story

Bad Cheetah Productions was born in 2021, but its roots go much deeper. The company is owned by Chan & Jane, a couple whose love for weddings and creativity shaped what we are today. Jane has been a wedding planner for over 20 years, coordinating more than 1,000 weddings. A true creative at heart, she was always hands-on with every artistic detail of the celebration. Chan, meanwhile, often worked as a wedding photographer and photo editor, sharpening his eye for storytelling and visual precision. When the pandemic hit, the couple took on roles as project managers for a wedding studio operating in Florida and New Hampshire. Deadlines were tight, so they often stepped in to edit photos and videos themselves — discovering a passion for post-production that would soon become their calling. In 2021, they officially launched Bad Cheetah Productions. What started as a two-person effort quickly grew into a full team. Today, they lead a family of 45 editors and 8 team leaders, trusted by studios and photographers around the world. From the very beginning, their promise has remained the same: clear communication, consistent quality, and fast turnaround times. It’s this commitment that continues to drive every project and every story we bring to life.

Here's How We Work Together

1. Share Your Project
Send us the link to your raw files and complete the Project Brief form. This form will capture all the necessary details, including the number of clips, total footage duration, song preferences, and any specific instructions.

2. We Get to Work
Once we receive your files and brief, our team begins the editing process. You can expect the final output within 12 working days, with each project undergoing two levels of quality checks to ensure the highest standard.

3. Review and Revise
After receiving the edited project, you have up to 6 weeks to request any revisions. We offer unlimited revisions within this period. If you need changes after 6 weeks, we can re-open the project for a nominal fee.

4. Payment
We'll send you an invoice upon completing the editing process.

 

5. Repeat
For your next project, simply follow these same easy steps! We're here to make the process smooth and efficient every time.
