2. How do I start?​
Contact us today with your project details, and we'll provide you with a personalized, free quote. If you're satisfied with the offer, we can start with a free test edit.​

3. What software do you use?

We primarily use Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve for video editing and Lightroom for photo editing.

4. How do I pay?
​​
We accept payments via PayPal, Wise, or Payoneer. You’ll only be charged once the project is complete, making it risk-free for you.​

5. How much time will it take you to edit my footage?​
Our standard turnaround time is two weeks.​

6. How many rounds of revisions can I make?
​​
We offer unlimited revisions within a six-week time frame. After that, a minimal re-edit fee will apply for further revisions.​​

7. Will you keep the program file?

We keep the original footage until the final videos are approved and typically retain the program files for up to six weeks after delivery. If you need us to keep the files longer, please inform us in advance.

8. Will I be assigned a specific editor?

Yes, to maintain consistency, we’ll assign you one to two dedicated editors, along with a backup editor.​

9. Will you match my style?

Absolutely! We’ll ensure our editing aligns with your style by studying samples of your previous work. While you may need to provide detailed feedback initially, our experienced editors will quickly adapt.

10. Where are your editors and project managers located?

Our project managers and editors are all based in one location in the Philippines, with backup power and internet. Our project managers work in shifts to ensure constant responsiveness.​
